Terms of Service

By creating a restaurant account or using the DineQR platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

DineQR provides restaurants with QR-code based digital menus, order management, and reporting tools. Customers can browse a restaurant's menu and place orders by scanning a table's QR code, without needing to create an account.

Restaurant owners must provide accurate account and business information when signing up, and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices for current plans are listed on our pricing page and may change with advance notice. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the platform to upload unlawful content, misrepresent your business, attempt to disrupt the service, or access data belonging to other restaurants without authorization.

Restaurant owners are responsible for the accuracy of menu items, prices, and availability shown to customers, and for fulfilling orders received through the platform in accordance with applicable food-safety and consumer-protection laws.

The DineQR platform, including its software and branding, is owned by us. Restaurant owners retain ownership of the menu content, branding, and business data they upload.

DineQR is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including order errors caused by inaccurate menu data entered by a restaurant.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
