Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect the data that flows through DineQR.
Information We Collect
When a restaurant owner signs up, we collect account details such as name, email, phone number, and restaurant information (name, branches, tables, menu items).
When a customer places an order through a table's QR menu, we collect order details (items, quantities, table number) needed to route the order to the restaurant. We do not require customers to create an account or log in to order.
How We Use Your Information
We use account and order data to operate the service: displaying menus, routing orders to the correct kitchen, generating sales reports for restaurant owners, and providing customer support.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We may share data with service providers who help us run the platform — for example, hosting, payment processing (once online payments are enabled), and messaging/notification services. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function.
Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect account and order data, including encrypted connections and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we work to continuously improve these protections.
Your Rights
Restaurant owners can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data at any time by contacting us. Customers can contact the restaurant they ordered from, or us directly, with any data requests related to an order.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
